When we joined Jane Ee & Associates, Jane assured us that she will be there to guide us and teach us on anything that we were not sure. We could call her or text her anytime. And she will do her best to answer our questions. Even when she is very busy, she will do her best to help us. There is no silly questions, no such thing as ‘waste her time’ when it comes to coaching us. She will always be there to guide us, encourage us and help us solve the various challenges in our RES journey. If we really cannot get her, fret not, we will still have Charles & Joy to tap on. We were constantly reminded of this every now & then and it really made us feel very blessed and reassured to go about doing our real estate work. When Leon needed help to close his first deal for the sale of Melville Park, Jane stayed up till late at night to guide him through all steps. We can tell that she is wholeheartedly doing this as she really wants us to succeed from the bottom of her heart. She will also constantly check in on us to ask how are we doing & is there any help she can offer us. She also makes it a point to organise trainings for her team members. This could be due to feedback from team members or when she thinks of something that we should be aware of. Overall, Jane is really full of energy and passion. Not only does she mentor us, she also closes many deals on her own. We are very blessed to be under such a capable, amazing mentor who sows selflessly into our career and wants only the best for us.

When we went house hunting last year, we met many property agents. None of them stood out. Then we met Jane at Teneriffe. Seeing that she was more friendly than all the other agents we previously met, we asked her a question about valuation & housing loan. She answered all our questions readily. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly & professional too. Of course, she also sounded very experienced. She was not pushy at all and she explained why we should use her as our buying agent. We ended up chatting for about 30 to 40 mins. After that, we decided to use her as our buying agent as we felt that she would be able to help us get a property at a better price. Whenever we had a query or doubt about the purchase of our next property, Jane would address it and she even called the bank loan officers who responded to her immediately although it was a Sunday afternoon. After viewing each property with us, she will stay back to answer our questions & she never once ‘chased’ us away. Whenever we said that we were taking up too much of her time, she will always reply, “it is ok, don’t worry about my time.” This showed that she was very customer focused & she will always be willing to go the extra mile to serve her customers needs.

Meeting Jane was the turning point in my career. I was on the verge of giving up my license when Jane persuaded me not to and to consider joining her. I did and found a great family ! Charles, Joy and Jane supported me without fail whenever I needed someone to consult or bounce ideas off. Within this family, there many specialists too. If I need help with HDB or landed resale, there’s always someone to consult. This gives me confidence when I speak with clients. I really appreciate the unselfish sharing in this family. Jane is very motivated Mentor. When I wanted to quit my exam after 2 times full fail. She came to me, encourage me to take one more chance. And recommend the good tuition, and help get the study materials. After I passed the exam, I joined her. She always approached to me whenever I have doubts.
